Wanbao Refrigerator and Rongdian Group held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony

On the morning of February 23, 2024, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Hefei Rongdian Industry Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Rongdian Group") and Guangzhou Wanbao Group Refrigerator Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Wanbao Refrigerator") was held in the conference room on the third floor of the office building of Wanbao Refrigerator. Chairman Hou Wenming, Vice President Hou Junming, Chairman Zhang Jing, General Manager Xiang Guohua, Deputy General Manager Chen Gang, the head of the operation department of Rongdian Group, as well as relevant personnel of Wanbao Refrigerator attended the ceremony.

Before the signing ceremony, Zhang Jing, chairman of Wanbao Refrigerator, led Hou Wenming, chairman of Rongdian Group, to visit the Wanbao brand exhibition hall and introduced in detail the development history of Wanbao, the development status of differentiated products such as Car Refrigerator, medical cabinet and wine cabinet, and the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the new model of project cooperation.

At the signing ceremony, Wanbao Refrigerator Chairman Zhang Jing and Rongdian Group chairman Hou Wenming jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

Hou Wenming, chairman of Rongdian Group, said that taking the signing of the Mexico project as an opportunity to build a new platform and new mechanism for cooperation and development between the two sides, further deepening resource utilization and business integration, and achieving "strong cooperation" and "win-win cooperation".
